I teach, support, and encourage students to develop excellent playing skills, self confidence, self awareness, and the joy of learning through violin playing.
I received my bachelor’s degree in violin performance from Boston University and went on to study viola in Salzburg, Austria. I have performed on both instruments with orchestras and chamber ensembles in the United States and Europe. My career in music education includes private and public schools from 3rd - 12th grades. As a certified Suzuki teacher, I work from my home studio where I teach Suzuki method for young children and traditional instruction for older students. I enjoy working and collaborating with colleagues from schools, and support all music education.
